We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and roughly where visitors are from (country level). GA4 does not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information. We have set data retention to 14 months.

Analytics only runs if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set and GA4 does not receive data about your visit.

Advertisements

Chess Cheater shows house ads and affiliate recommendations — these are our own creatives, not served by an ad network. No third-party advertising cookies are set at this time (we do not use Google AdSense or any programmatic ad platform).

Some links — including links to books on the Products page — are Amazon affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Amazon's privacy policy governs what happens on their site.

Your Consent

When you first visit, a banner asks you to Accept or Decline analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again on subsequent visits.
